Dizzy is a veteran college student, who would rather sleep and watch television than study. Nothing seems to shake him into action, including the advances of Evica, a fellow student. One day, a new roommate shows up at his door. Marko, a freshly scrubbed and eager freshman, is immediately ignored. He soon discovers that Dizzy has a radically different approach to life than he does. They both have girlfriends, but Dizzy's girlfriend, Marina, does not come to visit when asked to spend a wekend on campus. Marko's girlfriend soon arrives, pregnant and in love. Marina distances herself from Dizzy, who isn't capable of doing anything about it, until he begins to reflect on Marko and Ana's beautiful relationship...

Biography
He was born in Slovenia, in 1965. He received a degree
in economics, and then went on to study film and television directing at FAMU in Prague. He moved back to Slovenia
in 1996, and directed several short films. Idle Running
is his first feature.
