Looking for easy money, Stathis undertakes to kill a Bulgarian diplomat, but at the last minute backs out. Acting as intermediary is his childhood friend and colleague, Leo. Stathis thinks he's in the clear, but ends up getting in deeper. Overcome by fear, he decides to get out of town. The only place he can run to is his uncle Kostas's farm, out in the middle of nowhere. At the same time, the film also follows the life of Iphigenia, an isolated young woman in an unhappy marriage. Meanwhile, Leo is trying to think of a way to protect his friend. Things become even more complicated. Iphigenia decides to seek refuge at the farm. When she arrives there she meets Stathis. A romance evolves. Having no other choice, Leo goes against his other colleagues and goes to the farm looking for Stathis...

Biography
He was born in 1964. He studied fine arts and film and TV production and direction in New York. He has worked
as a screenwriter, producer and director on many documentaries, TV programs, music videos, commercials and short films. The Hunt of the Hare marks his directorial debut.
