The traditional headquarters of the Festival, the Olympion Cinema Complex, housing the Olympion I and Olympion 2 cinema theaters where the official screenings are to take place, are this year complemented by new state-of-the-art facilities. Conveniently located in the city port, within walking distance from the Olympion Cinema Complex and the main hotels where the guests will be housed, the new place, a huge multimedia cultural center, The Pier, (Provlita) is composed by a number of warehouses completely refurbished and upgraded.

Warehouse I shelters the cinema theaters, Provlita I and Provlita 2.
Warehouse D includes the cinema theaters Provlita 3 and Provlita 4
All screenings are to take place in Provlita 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Scheduled to be presented at the Olympion I and 2 are only the official presentations of the International Competition, the New Horizons, the Greek films forming part of the non competitive Greek Film Festival as well as a limited number of screening of selected films among those part of the Tributes to Pedro Almodovar, Amos Gitai and Tonino Guerra.
