Max is a policeman and a sharpshooter, who accidently injures
a hostage instead of a terrorist. He is required to take a markmanship
test after the accidental shooting, but his confidence is destroyed,
and he fears he'll fail the test. Then, Kaspar, a mysterious fellow officer, gives Max three magic bullets. Max hits three bullseyes and is given
a reprieve by the force. His new assignment is to protect a Russian
chess master from an assassin's bullet...
