Bill is a marginal type, who is unemployed, pretends to be a writer and has just started following strangers. He explains away this unusual habit as research for his writing, but it is obvious that his obsession emerges from a desperate need to fill his lonely hours. One day, he is caught out by Cobb, one of his "victims". Cobb reveals that he too fills his days trespassing on boundaries: he is a burglar who gets more pleasure fron violating the privacy of his victims than from any financial gain. Cobb invites Bill to join in, and soon Bill is filling his time with break-ins and lunching on stolen credit-cards. When Bill gets something going with a joint victim, he becomes involved in something much bigger than petty larceny.

Biography
He started making films when he was seven, using
his father's Super 8 camera. After studying English
at University College in London, he made corporate
videos and short films. Following is his first feature.
