SYNOPSIS

Six emotionally and sexually frustrated women, married to greater or lesser notables of a large provincial town, deal with their boredom and their husbands' indifference by having their hair done, playing cards and gossiping. When this heterogenous group of friends decides to move its card table from the back room of Lia's beauty salon to the small apartment that was given to Anna Maria as her dowry, the sexual activation of the girlfriends is only a matter of picking the right furniture and setting up a schedule. However, things become complicated when Lambros Lambrou, a spiteful private investigator, decides to get back at Anna Maria's big time publisher and notoriously closefisted husband...
