SYNOPSIS

The film tells the story of Ariel, a young Jewish boy who, although proud of his roots, suffers an identity crisis, and Santamaria, a bank clerk whose dignity is jeopardised when he loses his job and home, and sees his marriage fall apart. Ariel leaves his environment in search of the world; Santamaria is excluded from his environment and enters the world in order to find himself...

Daniel Burman

Biography
He was born in Buenos Aires, in 1973, to a Jewish family of Polish origin. He studied the production of audiovisual media and law. In 1994, his screenplay Nièos envueltos was awarded a prize at the INCAA annual short film festival, going on to become an episode of the feature film Historias breves. In 1996, he made his first feature film, Un crisantemo estalla en cincoesquinas, which received the FIPRESCI award at the Soîi Film Festival in Russia.
