CLOSING CEREMONY
Tomorrow at 20:00 at the Olympion theatre, the curtain falls for the 43rd International Thessaloniki Film Festival. The seven-member International Competition Jury will present the prizes to the winning films. 16 films competed, two of which were Greek.

The International Federation of Film Critics (FIPRESCI) will also present prizes to films that excelled.

The closing ceremony will conclude with the screening of the film Far from heaven by Todd Haynes. The film is a classic traditional melodrama that received rave reviews and the audience's favour at the recent Venice Film Festival.

Actor Alexis Georgoulis will present the Audience Awards at the DEWAR'S party at 11 in the evening at club "Photography". The two awards will be presented to a Greek and foreign film that the audience voted for and include a cash prize of 3,000 euros.
