Five young people aged between 20 and 25 are trying to find their way in life. Their stories are loosely woven around the main protagonist, Mare, a medical student who suddenly discovers the allure of rave parties, house music and XTC pills. As a result, he begins to neglect his studies. Like so many of his generation, Mare doesn't know how to go about tackling his life....

He was born in 1968 and is a graduate of the Ljubljana Academy of Theater, radio, Film and Television. His first feature film, $Express, Expres$ won awards at several European film festivals.
