SUMMARY
Fuke pays a visit to his Uncle Idriz and Aunt Sabira to fix their hot water heater. As he sits down with them for a cup of coffee, he endures a painful, awkward silence: his aunt and uncle are consumed with their grief over the loss of their son in the war. When he discovers that his car has a flat, Fuke is faced with the unpleasant prospect of staying overnight. During the night, he becomes aware of long-held grudges that are driving a wedge between the couple, making them even lonelier. Fuke realises that he must act, and thus the household appliance mechanic turns his hand to engineering a little human happiness.
