TICKETING POLICY

General Information

All theatre seats are relevant to the number of issued tickets, and reserved until 5' before the beginning of each screening. For this period of 5', ticket holders can enter but on a źfirst come first served╗ basis. Entrance is forbidden after the beginning of the screening. Tickets are not refundable past the beginning of the screening.

There are 8 box offices: 2 at WAREHOUSE 1, 2 at the OLYMPION Complex and 4 at WAREHOUSE D. Opening hours: 9:45-23:00 (exception: the one box office at the OLYMPION Complex will remain open until 24:00, provided there are after midnight screenings).

In the last half hour before each screening, the ticket offices issue tickets only for the film about to be screened.

For specific screenings-events (opening and closing ceremony, honourary ceremonies), special invitations must be presented for admission (issuing of ticket is not necessary).

TICKETS
The audience can buy their tickets for all days and all screenings, from any box office (except box office 2 at the OLYMPION Complex and the first 2 at WAREHOUSE D).
Ticket price: 5 euros per screening - 6 euros for the last 2 screenings at the Olympion Theatre.

TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS (not valid for accreditation card holders)
Tickets for all festival screenings can be booked in advance by phone: 2310 378450-451-452, from 9:30 until 16:30, for all days and all screenings, regardless the number of tickets. Pre-booked tickets can be collected up to 3 hours before the beginning of each screening from Box Office 1 at the OLYMPION and all box offices at WAREHOUS D.

ACCREDITATION CARDS-INVITATIONS
For accreditation card and invitations holders, in order to reserve a seat, the issuing of zero-value tickets is necessary, by presenting their accreditation card or invitation. Such tickets are issued for the screenings of the same day, in all theatres and cannot be more than one for each screening zone. Zero-value tickets are available from the box offices at WAREHOUSE D and WAREHOUSE 1.

CINEKARTA F (Membership card)
Cinekarta F holders can also issue zero-value tickets for films in different screening zones, for the same and the next day. Tickets are available from all ticket offices except Box Office 1 at the OLYMPION. Box Office 2 at the OLYMPION is reserved exclusively for card holders.

CinekartaF holders can book in advance their tickets for the same and the next day by phone: 2310 378450, 378451 and 378452, from 9:30 until 16:30. Pre-booked tickets can be collected up to 3 hours before the beginning of each screening from Box Office 2 at the OLYMPION and all box offices at WAREHOUS D.

FREE ENTRANCE
University students are entitled to free entrance only to the screenings at the Olympion (up to 17:00) and Pavlos Zannas theatre (up to 14:30). A valid student card must be displayed.
