4th THESSALONIKI DOCUMENTARY FESTIVAL - VIEWS OF THE 21st CENTURY 4-10 MARCH 2002


INTERNATIONAL DOC MARKET (6-10 MARCH)

For the fourth consecutive year the Thessaloniki Documentary Festival - Images of the 21st Century with the collaboration of NET will host the International Doc Market with the participation of 25 buyers from 23 countries. So far, on the Greek side of buyers, ERT, ERT-3 and ANTENNA have confirmed their attendance.

The Videotheque reserved for the buyers will host 257 documentaries. In particular, 81 of these documentaries are included in this year's official selection, while 187 of them will be screened only for the buyers of the Market. 86 of them are Greek productions of ERT, ERT-3 and the Greek Film Centre. The foreign documentaries come from the following 37 countries: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Finland, FYROM, Germany, Haiti, Hungary, Japan, Iran, Spain, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Moldavia, the Netherlands, Nicaragua, Portugal, Rumania, Slovakia, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey, UK, USA, Yugoslavia, Zambia.
