The German group Beefcake are visiting Greece for the first time, in one of their, in any case, rare appearances. They are currently considered one of the most important upcoming contemporary electronic music bands. They began in 1996 and their discography includes three albums and many eps from important electronic avant-garde recording companies such as Hymen, TBC and M-tronic. What distinguishes their compositions is their narrative-cinematographic character. Imbued with a marked surrealistic spirit, they unfold with frequent changes and reversals, both in musical form and emotions. Thus they form a kind of collage - reflection of a transient world, which sometimes focuses on the human element and other times on technology. Beefcake's dj sets are permeated with the same desire for exploration. Musically, they range from electronica to break beat / drum 'n' bass and are enriched with electro, abstract and noise themes.

The concert will also feature dj sets, two of the most interesting Greek electronic music projects: Decades and Deekay Taylor.

The evening is organized by 360, a non-profit new art and technology applications company, in collaboration with the 5th Thessaloniki Documentary Festival.
