SPOTLIGHT: PIERRE PERRAULT

The films Winter Crossing at l'Ile-aux-Coudres, Attiuk, and Whalehead, from the Radio-Canada television series "Au pays de Neufve-France" (1958-1960), with scripts and commentary by Pierre Perrault and directed by René Bonnière, were based on Perrault's radio series about the peoples and cultures of Quebec's North Shore.
