Agora Doc Market

What We Do

The Agora Doc Market was launched in 1999, together with the first Thessaloniki Documentary Festival. The actions of the Agora Doc Market were adapted to the needs of film directors from Central and Southeastern Europe and the Mediterranean.

The Agora Doc Market is the developmental arm of the Thessaloniki Documentary Festival, which brings together an international network of professionals and offers the space and the conditions for meetings, discussions and professional deals in an informal, welcoming and professional atmosphere.

The Agora Doc Market manual contains all the films participating in the Agora Doc Market, all the Agora Docs in Progress projects, the EDN Docs in Thessaloniki projects, and the profiles of the companies and professionals taking part in the Agora Doc Market.

The Agora Doc Market provides secretarial and marketing support, a service for setting personal meetings and follow-up trade contacts to all attendees for the effective completion of business negotiations.

The Agora Doc Market takes place on the ground Floor of Warehouse C at the Port of Thessaloniki from 2 to 9 March 2019.
The Agora Doc Market includes the following clusters:
