The fourth wall is raised between the theater of everyday life and each of its observers, making the social fabric seem immutable, while the individual features of each person provide painless variations on a tableau vivant. People breeding in order to produce, surviving rather instinctively. The documentary is based on the notes of a ten-month trek.
