A confessional, taut, and humorous at the same time, personal journey through the life of Robbie Robertson, guitarist and vocalist of The Band, a Canadian rock group that collaborated countless times with Bob Dylan and nearly invented the Americana music subgenre. A tale of companionship and feud that aims to set the record right removing all skeletons from the closet. A blend of rare archival footage, iconic songs, and captivating interviews with many of Robertson’s friends and collaborators, whose names might ring a bell: Bruce Springsteen, Eric Clapton, Martin Scorsese, Peter Gabriel, and many more.
