A lyrical film essay that silently observes the construction workers that build a skyscraper in Beirut, who are by and large Syrian refugees that saw their own places collapsing. An empathetic encounter with people in exile, locked in the recurring present, mediated through breathtaking cinematography and a masterful retake on the Soviet montage of attractions.
