A glimpse at a dark period in Mexican history, when in the summer of 1968, students from all over the country converged on the capital, demanding democracy, a few months before the launch of the Olympic Games. The brutal reaction of the government included shooting and torturing students, and culminated in a massacre during another demonstration later that year. Archive footage and eyewitness accounts illustrate why it is impossible for the Mexican people to forgive and forget.
