The Night of the Sunflowers

Pedro and Esteban are two speleologists who arrive in a mountainous area to investigate the discovery of a cave and see if it is of scientific interest. Gabi, Esteban’s girlfriend, waits for them at the foot of the mountain. But when the two men come out of the cave, they find Gabi in a state of terror.

Jorge Sanchez Cabezudo

He showed his first short, La gotera, in more than thirty national and international festivals. His second production, Mustek, followed in the steps of the first. He is the screenwriter for the feature film, Relojes, which was granted financial support for script development by the Ministry of Culture (1997-1998). He contributed to Vicente Perez’s feature film Cόdigo natural (1999). The Night of the Sunflowers is his first film as director and screenwriter.
