Cool

The film follows the parallel – often intertwining – stories, as well as the common fates of a group of very different young people over a 24-hour period during summertime, from the hallways of Athens Airport to the beaches of the Saronic Gulf and the pastures on Mount Psiloritis. What the heroes have in common are the various problems they have inherited from their unscrupulous parents. Having remained out of the fray, they now find themselves in over their heads, as the sudden loss of prosperity forces them to grow up.

Nikos Perakis

Born in 1944 in Alexandria, he studied in Munich and worked for European and Greek productions. He has written, directed and produced many films, the most recent of which is "Cool". He has directed lots of commercials and some television series.
