Giorgi, an introverted 28-year-old engineer, comes across the body of a famous goalkeeper, left stranded on the road. Morbidly excited and determined to keep it a secret, he is plunged in disappointment as he sees the news broadcast in every TV channel, feeling robbed of his great discovery. Consumed by obsession over this event that lit up his bleak life, Giorgi sets out to unmask the perpetrator all by himself, crossing every moral boundary along the way. A psychological thriller that starts out as a detective mystery and is gradually elevated to a Dostoyevskian tale of hubris and nemesis.

Dmitry Mamuliya

Director, screenwriter, literary theorist and author of poetry and philosophy texts Dmitry Mamuliya graduated from Tbilisi State University’s Faculty of Philosophy and went on to study Directing in Moscow. He is the author of the films Moscow (short), Another Sky – which marked his debut feature – and The Criminal Man.
