His debut feature Impressions of a Drowned Man had its World Premiere at the Tiger Awards Competition section of the International Film Festival Rotterdam (2015). The film then traveled to many festivals around the world, including Karlovy Vary, AFI, Durban, Kiev, and Mumbai, among others. His short film In The Name of the Sparrow was selected at the Official Selection of the Cannes Film Festival (2007).
