Stateless brothers Tarek and Zaeed fend for themselves on the street. Tarek accepts exploitative sex work to look after his vulnerable brother. Meanwhile, Bobby, a traumatized aid worker, tries to sell bags of illegally harvested shellfish before she returns to Australia.
