Christina Ioakeimidi

Christina Ioakeimidi was born in Athens, Greece. Early on, she developed a passion for photography. She studies filmmaking at the London Film School. Medium, her second feature premiered at Sarajevo Film Festival, where it won the prestigious Cineuropa Award. It also screened at several other International Festivals and received the Grand Prix for best Balkan Film at Sofia International Film Festival. She has also directed documentaries for Greek television.
