Chronicle of a Death Foretold

The film tells the story of an old man, who is hit by a tram and is brought to a hospital morgue in Bucharest. When the physician assistant Cecil Bulumac and the nurse are ready to start the autopsy, they realize that the old man is still alive, but is seriously injured and needs help. Frightened by the thought that the police might come, they decide not to call a doctor, but to wait for the man to die...
