Gagarins Pioneers

What is home? And what is more important – life or home? Director Vitaly Mansky searches for an answer to this question among his former classmates with whom he was admitted to the pioneer organization “Vladimir Ilyich Lenin” as the “Yuri Gagarin” group in 1973, pledging allegiance to what was then their home – the USSR. Now Vitaly Mansky is leaving for Israel, the USA, Canada and Ukraine, in search of those he once knew so well, to talk about their mutual past, dreams and disappointments, discrimination and competition, homeland and happiness.
