Dad

Pappa

60th TIFF: Greek Premiere

Larger than life and dressed in a suit and tie, dad appears at the window one evening out of the blue, holding a gift for his son. Daddy is strong and brave; he frees animals from captivity, wins races with his superfast car, and dives down into the scary depths of the ocean. Dad is a sorcerer. He can appear and disappear out of thin air, in a glimpse of pure magic. A tender and caring tale that soothes down a child’s poignant longing for his absent father.
