Working In Protest

Working In Protest

20th TDF: Εuropean premiere

The day Michael Galinski graduated from high school in 1987, the Ku Klux Klan marched in his North Carolina hometown. Political turmoil in the United States and the themes of race, power, and the media are filtered through a movingly personal prism, while the artefacts of a 30-year-old archive narrates the history of protest and activism in the United States. Through the passage of time, the film observes that as much as things change, the more they stay the same.
