Βαλκανική απογραφή

Ως αντίδραση στους νατοϊκούς βομβαρδισμούς της πρώην Γιουγκοσλαβίας, οι σκηνοθέτες έφτιαξαν μια χειροποίητη ελεγεία για την τραγωδία του πολέμου και την ανθρωπιστική και οικολογική καταστροφή σ’ αυτή τη γωνιά της Ευρώπης. To φιλμ συνδέει και αντιπαραβάλλει καρέ από σκηνές από τα Βαλκάνια της περιόδου 1920-1940, άλλοτε εναέρια πλάνα της ρημαγμένης γης κι άλλοτε γήινες λεπτομέρειες από τη ζωή των ανθρώπων της εποχής. Ένα έργο ανάλυσης που αντλεί υλικό από το αρχείο ενός Ναζί αξιωματικού που συμμετείχε στους βομβαρδισμούς των Βαλκανίων τον Β΄ Παγκόσμιο Πόλεμο.
