Little Sofía loves her grumpy granny: Even though she is always hungry and eats what little food they can buy. Her pension is the only thing keeping her and her father alive. To what extremes will they go to once granny is no more?

Efi Pappa

Effie Pappa is an award winning director based in London. Graduated from National Film & Television School, she directs music promos, commercials and films. She is specialised in animation (stop-motion). In 2014, her film My Stuffed Granny won 16 international awards for Best Short Film and participates in major International Film Festivals. Her work has been featured in Promo News, Cracked Eye, Short of the Week, Athens Design Week and The Fader, amongst others.
