Those Who Are Fine

Dene Wos Guet Geit

58th TIFF: Greek Premiere

Alice works in a call center in the outskirts of Zurich and spends her time selling subscription deals to strangers. One day, she thinks of an easy way to get money: she calls older women, and pretends she is their granddaughter in urgent need. A whimsical tale of alienation and contiguity, or the organization of wealth and the dispersal of needs, that was developed through an unconventional crossbread of fiction film and documentary methods.
