On the Road

Stavros is discharged from a camp for undesirables. But instead of doing the usual thing and taking a cab so as to get to his destination as quickly as possible, he decides to set off on foot. Along the way he gets tired and doesn’t think twice about stealing a car, intending to keep it until it runs out of gas. Further on he meets Erofili, a young girl who is hitchhiking and is just looking for thrills. Erofili is full of surprises for Stavros.

Stavros Parharidis

He was born in 1966 in Germany. He appeared as an actor in the films: Doxobus, Borderline,A Quiet Man, It’s a Long Road, Cosmas the Aetolian, Rigas Feraios,The Apostle Paul, Requiem for the Cinema,The Flower of the Lake, The Hunt of the Hare. Since 1986 he has been writing scripts for television and films. In the autumn of 1991 he founded the Maiotron Theater, together with other colleagues, which is the focus of his artistic and theatrical work to date.
