“QUEER BEFORE IT WAS COOL”: ICONIC TALKS POWERED BY MASTERCARD WITH PANOS H. KOUTRAS

Mastercard, in collaboration with the Thessaloniki Film Festival, develops and enriches the “Iconic Talks powered by Mastercard” initiative. This year, Panos H. Koutras will deliver the masterclass “Queer Before It was Cool” themed around queer identity in his cinema andopen to the public. The acclaimed Greek filmmaker will discuss with the journalist Alexandros Diakosavvas (editor-in-chief, LIFO) and the Festival audience about the unknown aspects of his work, his valuable experiences from his 25 years of work in Greek cinema, queer representations in films, as well as the influences and references that have shaped his vision.
