Costume designer Catherine George shares her journey from fashion to film, exploring how costumes serve as a form of narrative. Drawing on work across genres, she will discuss the creative process – from research and collaboration to design and production – showing how costumes become vital tools of storytelling. With behind-the-scenes insights and images, George reflects on her long-term collaborations with Jim Jarmusch, Bong Joon Ho, and Lynne Ramsay, revealing how costume design shapes character, mood, and brings personalities to life on screen for audiences.
