TAKE CARE: FULLY ACCESSIBLE SCREENING
TUESDAY NOVEMBER 4
19:00
Pavlos Zannas Theater
One of the most iconic films of contemporary Greek cinema will be made universally accessible, with the support of Alpha Bank, and screened as part of the Festival’s tribute to the work of Yorgos Tsemberopoulos. Written by Vassilis Alexakis and Yorgos Tsemberopoulos, the film is based on the novel of the same name by Yovanna and unfolds in 1990s Athens. When his dream of becoming a singer in the big city collapses, a young man takes a job at a butcher shop, unwittingly becoming a catalyst in the lives of three women. Everyday dramas play out quietly, never making the headlines.
Admission is free, on the issue of a zero-value ticket
