Marie Amachoukeli
A French director and writer of Georgian descent, born in Paris in 1979. She made her writing debut in 2005 with the short film Tantalus. Among her most famous films, C’est gratuit pour les filles (2009), Raw (2016), and Savage (2018). She won the Golden Camera award at the Cannes Festival in 2014 for her film Party Girl, whereas her latest feature Ama Gloria opened the 2023 Semaine de la Critique.
