AGORA Doc Market: March 6 - April 30, 2026
Each year the AGORA Doc Market hosts a variety of documentary films and invites more than 300 industry professionals and buyers to Thessaloniki to promote or buy documentary films.
The market’s primary goal is to sell the rights of documentaries to TV channels, help them find distribution in film theaters and give them a chance to be discovered by other Festivals. The Doc Market functions mainly as a bridge, connecting the cinematic product to the powerful medium of television. Naturally, supporting each year’s Greek documentaries is especially important to us.
The AGORA Doc Market is fully digital, operating exclusively ONLINE via Cinando.
The Doc Market films can opt to remain online for our AGORA accredited guests for a longer period of time to give it more opportunities to be watched.
If you have submitted a film to the festival official program, you do not need to re-submit it to the AGORA Doc Market. We will acquire the necessary information from your original submission.
AGORA Doc Market Submission Fee: 15 euro (per film). For bulk submissions, discounts may apply.
> TiDF28 AGORA Doc Market Applications - Available January 9, 2026 Submissions Deadline: February 16, 2026
To make the most of your AGORA Doc Market participation it is recommended to purchase an AGORA Accreditation (50% discounts apply).
