The 62nd Thessaloniki International Film Festival will take place from November 4th to November 14th, 2021 and has the pleasure to announce that film submissions are now open.
The deadline for submissions is the 23rd of July.
The festival requires an entry fee of €25 Euros for each submission. The fee is not applicable for Greek films.
The submissions also concern VR / Virtual Reality films (no entry fee).
TIFF has three competition sections: International Competition (a program with films from across the Globe), Meet the Neighbors Competition (with first or second features
from Greece's extended "neighborhood" -see the festival regulations [https://www.filmfestival.gr/images/tiff/62/files/tiff62-regulations.pdf] for the list of eligible countries) and the VR Competition section. Moreover, in the International Program we find the sections: Open Horizons and the Open Horizons - Another Take subsection, Balkan Survey, Special Screenings, Out of Competition, >>Film Forward and ’Round Midnight.
