In a warm, convivial and touching atmosphere, the 64th Thessaloniki Film Festival awards were bestowed on Sunday afternoon, November 12, at Warehouse C. Since cinema is ever-changing, the Festival also changed the way it announced its awards this year, conducting the ceremony at Warehouse C, in broad daylight and in a more intimate setting. It was an afternoon unlike any other, where we all came together to celebrate films, filmmakers and the art of cinema.

A special edition with the great work of a special, multidimensional creator, storyboard artist, George Tasioulas, titled The Tass Book - The Art of Storyboard, was presented on Friday, November 10th, at the Green Room of Olympion, by the Thessaloniki International Film Festival and the production company Marni Films.

In the framework of the 64th Thessaloniki Film Festival, a colloquium, titled “Success Story or Arpa Colla: Perakis’ Greece,” was hosted by the Laboratory for the Study of Greek Cinema & Television (LSGCT) of AUTh’s Film School, on Thursday, November 9th, at Pavlos Zannas theater.

The Agora Talks of the 64th Thessaloniki International Film Festival were successfully completed on Wednesday, November 8th, with the discussion held at MoMus - Museum of Photography, titled "Going "Glocal": Building networking strategies in the audiovisual industry" where the role and importance of networking at a local and international level took center stage.

As a part of the Agora Talks of the 64th Thessaloniki International Film Festival, the "Climate Storytelling" discussion took place at MOMus-Museum of Photography, focusing on how the environmental elements incorporated in our narratives affect audience perception and contribute to the creation of a wider dialogue.
